Job Title: Temp Customer Service Advisor
Salary: £23000 - £25000 - DOE
Location: Central Sheffield
TEMP Customer Service Advisor Hybrid - 3 days office, 2 days home
Full Time Hours 9 till 5 or 8 till 4 - shifts agreed weekly

Elevation Recruitment Group is excited to partner with a renowned Sheffield-based to recruit 2 x Temporary Customer Service Advisor. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated individual to become part of a vibrant and forward-thinking team to start ASAP until October 2025.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent service and support. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to handle enquiries efficiently and professionally.

Customer Service Advisor Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt and accurate responses

  • Provide product information and support to customers

  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional manner

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services

  • Log and manage customer interactions in the CRM system

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Customer Service Advisor Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or customer care or customer support role

  • Experience with high volume calls and Live Chat

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus
