Registered Manager
- Responsible for the setup of a privately owned domiciliary company.
- Responsible for the compilation of the relevant policies and procedures as well as all relevant service user and care worker forms.
- Compilation of all training material.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance in line with CQC recommendations.
- Responsible for the daily running and compliance of the home Care Office as specified by CQC.
- Responsible for recruitment, training, supervision, appraising and the retention of staff.
Must hold a Level 5 in Leadership and Management.
