Quality Assurance Associate

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager(Associate) to lead the alignment of our business systems and operations with our strategic growth plans. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing management systems that streamline operations, ensure compliance with relevant legislation, and enhance our company's ability to win work and raise our profile.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Lead the assessment, analysis, and identification of operational efficiencies.
  • Develop and manage the Quality Management System (QMS) and handle all Quality Management matters.
  • Promote quality awareness, compliance, and performance improvement across the company.
  • Develop company policies, procedures, and training materials in collaboration with Admin and HR.
  • Manage external audits and internal audit programs, including KPIs and risk assessments.
  • Oversee the development of project-specific quality plans and tools.
  • Conduct Gap Analysis and manage compliance with legislation such as GDPR.
  • Manage the Health & Safety Management system and collaborate on IT strategy.
  • Establish a Project and Document Management System for better project and client management.
  • Evaluate and manage company suppliers, ensuring compliance with sustainable procurement practices.
  • Project manage office moves and facilities management.
  • CRM Management (TBC). Oversight of training and development achievements. Manage risk management monthly meetings. Manage and minute monthly Practice Management meetings. Review of bid submissions by others (as additional support). Advise on sign off of cyber essentials with IT Manager. Co-ordinate staff training events. Review JD's and assist Directors.
  • Assist with marketing and communications strategy implementation.
  • Oversee training and development, risk management meetings, and Practice Management meetings.
