CAD Designer

CMD Recruitment proudly partners with our prestige client once again, and on the look out for a CAD Designer to join their team on a full time permanent basis.
As a CAD Designer/Draughtsman, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our clients' visions to life. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to produce detailed, accurate, and visually compelling designs for bespoke projects.
Responsibilities:
- Expertly use CAD software to create detailed designs, layouts, and technical drawings.
- Work closely with project managers, designers, and production teams to meet project requirements and specifications.
- Track the progress of drawings and maintain accurate project registers.
- Assist in the design of showroom displays, trade stands, and other innovative company projects.
- Conduct site surveys to ensure that designs are based on accurate measurements and specifications.
- Maintain and update the company's CAD standards, recommending and implementing the latest software and drafting techniques.
- Review designs and drawings created by others to ensure compliance with internal standards and project specifications.
Qualifications:
- Proven expert in conceptual design and 3D visualisation.
- Familiar with CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Revit.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Detail-oriented with excellent numerical skills.
