We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Asset Analyst to manage the full end to end order process and activities associated with centralising end user computing device administration.
You will have excellent customer service skills and a keen interest in IT with ambition to grow and a willingness to learn. This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to further develop their skills and work for a company who can offer training and development opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Arrange pick ups and shipments from sites in a timely manner
- Maintain and manage stock present at site and 3rd party couriers
- Liaise with customers and suppliers to fulfil orders
- Gather reports as required.
- Analyse and report on software/hardware utilisation within the business
- Ensure that inventory data is kept up to date using stock management system
