Hours: Mon – Fri 08:30-16:30 or 9- 5

You will be the friendly voice of this housing association, representing our commitment to excellence in customer service.

Preferred Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism
- Proficiency in using customer service software and systems
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant diploma or degree in Customer Service, Business, or a related field
- Customer service training or certification is advantageous
- Fluency in additional languages is a plus
