Job title: Marketing Manager
Location: Rye
Salary: £34,000 - £38,000
Hours: Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours a week, core hours between 10am-12pm, 2pm-4pm
Team: A professional, inspirational, imaginative and passionate events team of 16.

What you'll be doing:
- Developing and implementing a marketing plan to drive new business growth.
- Supporting sales activities by promoting our expertise and brand.
- Producing and publishing tailored content across various platforms.
- Monitoring, tracking, and analysing the success of each campaign.
- Managing relationships with external collaborators.
- Travelling to trade events and client events to create compelling content.
What we're looking for:
- Marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proven experience in developing and executing matrix-driven marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems.
- Expertise in SEO and writing creative copy.
- Ability to produce engaging content in written, audio, and video formats.
- Solid understanding of social media best practises and scheduling tools.
