Our client is an established, multi-discipline firm with multiple offices across the Yorkshire region. They are looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join the property team in their Pontefract office. Duties
- Managing a varied caseload of conveyancing files from inception to completion
- Dealing with matters at all stages from initial instruction to archiving
- Obtaining and preparing files
- Billing files and obtaining monies due to the firm from clients and other parties
- Maintaining legal knowledge and skills
You
- You must have a minimum of 2 years' experience running a conveyancing caseload
- Exposure to and experience handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity and more
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload
- Excellent knowledge of conveyancing
- Fantastic IT skills - Windows, Word, Excel etc.
- Flexible can-do attitude
- Ability to deal with technical details and solve complex issues in a client-friendly way
