Vehicle Integration Senior Engineer - 39661 - £31.26/hr umbrella rate

We are helping a collaborative company recruit a Vehicle Integration Senior Engineer, and the role comes with a umbrella contract rate of £31.26 per hour (Inside IR35).
The Vehicle Integration Senior Engineer will support Vehicle Engineering activities for multiple programmes within the company. You can expect to support the progression and delivery of geometric data and Virtual Series by gateway, including key geometry and freeze events.
During your first few weeks in this Vehicle Integration Senior Engineer role, you can expect to begin work on some of the following:
- Support benchmarking exercises and analysis, including vehicle assessments and target setting
- Definition of prototype specification in order to deliver DV plan, T&D test planning, and Prototype Vehicle build support if required
- Promote engineering sign-off through RMDV2Support Issue Resolution through the engagement of multi-functional teams
- Ensure all appropriate company standards are met throughout design maturation
- Supervise, support, and coach VE C grades in team Support SoS meetings, EG, AIMS, and JIRA resolution, and other Agile meetings, etc

- Class 3 driver's license, equivalent, or ability to complete it in a month
- RMDV experienced AIMs experienced user
- Experience in a VE/Programme or similar vehicle-level Integration role
- Less than 6 points on your driver's license
- Problem-solving techniques PCDS Agile preferred.
