Trainee Customer Service Assistant

Some of your duties will include:
- Providing support and assistance with all areas of sales order processing
- Managing client calls and providing information and guidance on products provided
- Dealing with sales orders received and checking up details on computer system
- Providing accurate price and delivery information and providing pro-forma invoices
- Liaising with the warehouse/despatch team and freight forwarders to arrange deliveries
- Updating customers on order sales and advising on out-of-stock lines
