Job Title: Maintenance Electrician

Salary: £38,000per annum

Summary: Are you an experienced Maintenance Electrician looking for an exciting career opportunity? My client is seeking a skilled and dedicated individual who will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and reliability of electrical systems and maintenance.

Requirements/Qualifications:

? Recognised apprenticeship/industry qualification in Electrical Installation or
Maintenance i.e. City & Guilds Level 3.
? Up to date 18th edition I.E.E. wiring regulations.
? Proven experience as a Maintenance Electrician, preferably in an industrial or
commercial setting within a facilities management organization.
? Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits & schematics.
? Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices related to electrical
maintenance.
? A valid & full UK Driving Licence is an essential requirement for this position.

Day to Day Duties:

? Conducting planned preventive maintenance (PPM), inspections, and
troubleshooting on electrical equipment, machinery, and systems.
? Identifying and repairing reactive electrical faults, ensuring minimal downtime and
maximizing equipment efficiency.
? Installing, testing, and maintaining electrical systems, including lighting, power
distribution, and control panels.
