Interim Finance Business Partner

Trinity House Group are delighted to be working with a brand leading organisation, currently looking to recruit Interim Finance Business Partners. Working in the fastest growing Division, globally. As Finance Business Partner you will play a crucial role in supporting key business functions, providing financial insights and influencing decision making to ensure that financial objectives are met and that strategic initiatives are aligned with their overall business goals. About the Role:

Responsible for delivering finance support to key stakeholders across the business, for a variety of purposes including:

  • Managing the P&L within a specific region, supporting in other areas within the international business as needed - ensure the end-to-end position of the P&Ls are correct, including accurate sales reporting, ensuring costs are appropriately allocated and our net profit reported is correct and accurate.
  • Regular review and contact with finance partners and business owners to review their expenditure.
  • Close liaison with the marketing team on spend due to growth to allow the business to develop their presence in countries and territories, ensure accurate costings & profits to be used within marketing calculations and appraisals.
  • Reporting sales, reviewing performance and forecasting future sales.
  • Budgeting - twice yearly budgeting process, aligning with key business stakeholders to produce an accurate view on the international business
  • Balance sheet completion monthly - Complete balance sheet recs with backing documentation as required.

About you:

  • CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualified/Part Qualified.
  • IT literate - Excel (Essential)
  • Ability to analyse, interpret and communicate information clearly.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills to ensure delivery of work to time-scales and the ability to prioritise own workload.
  • Self-motivated.
