Automotive Estimator required in Coventry
up to £28,000 + OTE of £12,000
Monday to Friday with Saturday rota
Our client, an expanding Main Car Dealership in Coventry is seeking an experienced Aftersales professional.
You will be responsible for damage assessment, negotiation, selling Smart and Bodyshop time, products, and services, and liaising with insurance companies and their engineers where appropriate.
The main duties of the role include:
- Assess bodyshop and SMART repairs and extended warranties to customers
- Record a list of damages to the customers' vehicles
- To liaise and negotiate repair approvals with insurance engineers and customers.
- To complete job packs and prepare invoices in an accurate and timely manner.
To be successful in the role you must:
- To have excellent communication skills to communicate credibly with our customers.
- To be able to develop rapport and trust with customers and to resolve conflict situations calmly and reasonably.
- To work to high standards, be self-motivated and able to multitask in a busy environment.
- Previous experience within an Franchised Aftersales department
