Signature Recruitment is excited to offer a 6 month Operations Manager role for our client, an independent, non-profit organisation working to transform capital markets to support a greener future. This position is full time with a hybrid working arrangement of two to three days a week in the office and the balance at home. It offers a salary of £50,000 to £55,000 pro rata depending on experience.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee a wide range of operational functions, including HR, IT, and facilities. As a key member of the senior management team, you will drive efficiency, implement best practices, and ensure the organisation's smooth running.
Operations Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HR initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Optimise operational processes, manage resources, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Oversee IT systems, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to achieve organisational goals.
Operations Manager Key Skills:
- Experience as an Operations or Project Manager within either profit or non-for-profit organisations
- Experience in HR management, policy development, and IT infrastructure, systems and IT providers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organisational skills with good attention to detail ensuring all tasks are completed effectively and efficiently
