Description
key responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue invoices to clients accurately and on time
- Resolve billing issues and answer customer inquiries
- Compile and process information such as charges, discounts, and expenses
- Monitor customer accounts for timely payments
- Update accounting records with new payments, balances, customer information etc.
- Report on activity to upper management
- Participate in quarterly and annual audits
- Collaborate with other team members to meet company financial goals
Profile
The successful candidate requires:
- Proficient knowledge of legislation and regulations of the field
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and billing software
- Strong mathematical skills
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
