Salary: From £40,000 to £43,000 plus oyster card
We are looking for an Air Conditioning Bias and Electrical bias Engineer with experience in building services maintenance for a full time, permanent, foot mobile position in London
This position will be working for a very well established building services company that have multiple sites in the centre of London
The right person for this position will have experienced in dealing with air conditioning service, maintenance and breakdown, working on splits, ahu's and vrv's for the AC bias position and we need a strong building services engineer with at least 17th edition.
We need this engineer to also work along side other building services engineers dealing with electrical and mechanical maintenance
This is a foot mobile position, and will be provided a zones 1-3 oyster card
Requirements
- Experienced in dealing with Air Conditioning Service and Maintenance
- Experienced in dealing with Electrical Building Services Maintenance
- Based in a commutable distance into London
- Happy to travel to sites via public transport
- Able to deal with general electrical and mechanical maintenance
- Must have Fgasfor the AC position
- Must have a minimum of Level 2 electrical qualification for the electrical role
