Our client is a highly successful, family run bridging loans business who are recruiting for an exceptional Administrator to join their team. Based in Central London, you will be the lynchpin of the office, assisting with a range of tasks including diary management, researching upcoming projects and general administration support. The company are going through a period of growth, and as such, there will be plenty of room for progression.
Duties include:
- Liaising with clients, brokers and the wider office team
- Email and diary management for the team
- Opening new client files
- Preparing documentation for borrowers and partners
- Processing loans payments and loan documentation
- Conducting research on lending projects
- General administrative assistance to the team
- Booking occasional travel for the team
- Updating the company's CRM system
Candidates applying should have previous experience in an administrative or business support role, be highly numerate, possess strong attention to detail and be able to work in a fast paced and busy office.
