Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner - Axminster, Devon

What will you do?
Advise on a full residential conveyancing caseload relating to:
- Sales & purchases (of leasehold & freehold properties)
- Lease matters
- Remortgaging
- Shared & joint ownership
- (You won't advise on new build transactions)
What will you need?
- To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with at least 1 year of residential conveyancing experience
- Or be an unqualified fee earner with at least 3 or 4 years' experience handling your own residential conveyancing caseload
- This is a junior level fee earning role
