If you're seeking a role with a reputable high spec residential developer and builder, without the need to commute into central London daily, this opportunity may be perfect for you. Based in Wandsworth, this company is looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team, working closely with the Head of Commercial and two other experienced surveyors.
From day one, you'll be involved in hands-on project work, taking responsibility for two live high spec residential projects across London. The role will see you engage directly with clients and manage the commercial aspects of these projects, with ongoing support and guidance from the Head of Commercial. This setup is designed to help you progress quickly, offering valuable exposure to the highest standards of residential construction.
You will be based at their Wandsworth office, with site visits required as necessary. Flexible working arrangements include one day a week from home initially, with the potential to increase to two days as you establish yourself within the business. The company is committed to internal progression, allowing driven individuals to advance rapidly.
