What is the role about?

The Marketing Executive delivers a wide range of strategic marketing and communications engagement activity to help our Operations Teams in our Reed in Partnership's Wellbeing and Assessment divisions to deliver high performing services. The Marketing Executive's work includes developing and delivering creative marketing and communications activity to engage, inform and motivate service participants and referrers, plus other key stakeholders.

Just some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Delivery- Contribute creative ideas to activate marketing strategies, achieve strategic objectives, respond to emerging needs, support marketing asset fulfilment through the Marketing Hub, and assist with launching new services.
  • Working on Brand, Assets, Content & Channels- Apply brand guidelines to all marketing activities, develop and deploy various marketing assets, maintain communication channels with content analysis and optimisation, and keep marketing files and records organised.
  • Financial Control- Brief suppliers and establishing and monitoring costs
  • Relationship Management- Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders involved in Reed Wellbeing and Reed Assessment services, attend planning meetings, and ensure that identified actions are completed.

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with

Essential Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant marketing qualification such as CIM.
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to manage own tasks and workload
  • Excellence sense of creativity
  • Experience of using software for design work, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Fully computer literate
