Customer Success Coordinator
Location: Bury
Salary: £25,000

Currently working with a fantastic Client based in Bury who is looking for a Customer Success Coordinator to join their busy team.
Working hours are - Full-Time Monday to Friday
As Customer Success Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for over 600 customers, the main responsibilities of this role will be:
- Obtain a thorough understanding of the business
- Manage upwards of 600 existing customers
- Develop relationships with new and existing customers
- Be the main point of contact
- Handle requests and inquiries in a timely manner
- Liaise with internal and external departments
- Maintain the CRM System
Skills required as Customer Success Coordinator: -
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ability to work as part of a team and by yourself
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Packages
- Experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with CRM Software *desirable
- Account Management experience *desirable
