Our client a pioneering team in global finance, who area a leading provider of post-trade and asset servicing solutions worldwide, are looking for dedicated individuals to join our UK Fund Services team, a vital sector in the UK financial landscape. As part of this team, you'll be involved in:
- Fund Accounting
- Investment Analytics & Data Services
- Corporate Trust Operations
As a member of the Private Capital Fund Administration team, you'll ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for private equity funds. Responsibilities include:
- Distributing fund notices
- Managing investor queries
- Updating investor data
- Improving processes
Key Skills
- Experience in the preparation of distribution/capital call notices
- Experience in the preparation and execution of client payments ie invoice, investment, distribution and bridge facility repayment packs
- Responsible for maintaining client static data
- Responsible for collating documentation and liaising with the KYC team for sign off
- The completion of investment restriction checklists
- Assist with arranging and collating required information for board packs
- Preparation & review of POA's
- Experience in liaising directly with the client
It would be advantageous if you had a understanding of Private Capital,Fund administration experience**/**Familiarity with fund structures
