Key Responsibilities of the Associate Project Manager:
- Manage and oversee a variety of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met.
- Conduct risk assessments, identify potential issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress, schedules, budgets, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Required Qualifications and Experience the Associate Project Manager needs to have:
- Extensive experience in consultancy, design, development, and construction project management.
- Experience in new build, residential projects.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects within the built environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Relevant degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- You will ideally have one or be working towards one of the following qualifications: MRICS, MCIOB, APMP, PRINCE2.
