Thrive in a Busy High-Street Practice: Residential Conveyancer (£35k-£55k)

We're seeking a motivated and experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our friendly team at our Aylesbury high-street law firm. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified conveyancer (or someone with 2+ years' experience) to build a rewarding career in a dynamic environment.
Your new role
- Handle a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales & purchases, new builds, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Guide clients through the entire conveyancing process, from initial instructions to exchange and completion.
- Manage your own caseload effectively, ensuring timely progress and meeting agreed deadlines.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication throughout the process.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve the best outcomes for our clients.
What you'll need to succeed
- A minimum of 2+ years' experience in residential conveyancing (qualification as a solicitor or licenced conveyancer preferred but not essential).
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong understanding of conveyancing procedures and legal principles.
- Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building trust with clients.
- The ability to work independently while also being a team player.
- Familiarity with the Aylesbury area is a plus.
