Our Client is a new, ambitious Microsoft Co-Pilot /Co-Pilot Studio 'Pure Play' Partner Agency on the cusp of securing funding.
Their focus is on delivering cutting-edge Microsoft AI solutions to businesses(SMBs initially), helping them harness the power of their existing MS applications combined with artificial intelligence to drive efficiency, growth, cost savings and to provide insights on how to track the value offered by MS AI technologies to ensure they are obtaining not only a competitive advantage but measurably better business outcomes.
The Opportunity
- With that in mind they are seeking a Technical Co-Founder to join the team and lead the GTM Tech consulting strategy. You don't have to have hands on experience in AI - due to its early adoption, but you will need to have a keen interest, and experience in one or more of the following areas: technical consulting, development, business applications, delivery, project management, infrastructure and networking, technical training and enablement, data and analytics, IOT, etc
- This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape the future of AI implementation and consulting for businesses across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead the technical direction of our agency, focusing on Microsoft AI technologies
- Develop and execute strategies for implementing AI solutions for our clients
- Build and lead a team of technical experts as we grow
- Collaborate with the commercial team to align technical capabilities with market demands
- Represent the company's technical expertise in client meetings and industry events
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Access to London once a week.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft, spanning SMB or Enterprise must have client facing experience.
- General exposure and knowledge of Microsoft's AI offerings, including Azure AI and Copilot
- Proven track record of successful project delivery in the Microsoft ecosystem across technologies including MS 356 Apps, Azure, MS Dynamics etc
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and mentor technical teams
- Entrepreneurial spirit and the drive to build a company from the ground up
Requirements
- 10 + years of experience in Microsoft technologies
- Microsoft certifications - and proven Microsoft expertise
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
