OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
WIGAN
UP TO £25K DOE
We are currently working closely with this rapidly expanding client based near Wigan Town Centre, who are looking to recruit an Operations Coordinator to join their friendly team, on a full time, permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will come from a utilities/energy/construction background and be looking for a new opportunity with a long-term employer!
DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Planning and scheduling works, liaising with internal and subcontracted engineers to plan diaries; allocating jobs accordingly
- Liaising with customers via telephone and email regarding new and existing installations; bookings rearranging and cancelling etc.
- Arranging of remedial works as required
- Ensuring database is maintained and updated accurately
