Marketing Manager

We are seeking a creative Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy and execution at a dynamic global organisation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of content marketing, in addition to having strong leadership skills. You will be responsible for creating and managing high-quality content that drives engagement, generates leads, and supports the overall marketing objectives of the company.

The role

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy that aligns with the company's goals, brand voice, and target audience.
  • You will be responsible for building and managing a diverse marketing team
  • Produce high-quality, engaging content including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, infographics, videos, and social media posts. Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other team members to ensure content is visually appealing and on-brand.
  • Ensure all content is optimised for search engines to drive organic traffic. Stay updated on the latest SEO trends and integrate best practices into content creation.
  • Use analytics tools to track the performance of content initiatives. Regularly report on key metrics such as traffic, engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates. Use insights to refine the content strategy.
  • Conduct audience research to understand the needs, preferences, and behaviours of our target audience. Use this information to inform content creation and distribution strategies.

The person

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with inspiring and managing a diverse team of marketers
  • Proven experience developing and executing content strategies that drive measurable results.
  • Experience in a B2B environment would be advantageous
  • Deep understanding of SEO best practices and tools like GoogleAnalytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and marketing automation software.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and an eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with video content production and editing.
