Pertemps Swindon are recruiting for a HR Administrator to join our client in Swindon, SN4.

  • Upto £28,000 per annum d.o.e
  • Full Time, Permanent
  • Swindon based
  • Company Bonus + Medical Benefit

About the job

  • Provide Administrative support to the HR department and wider business
  • Conduct a range of recruitment duties (advertising, onboarding, document checks)
  • Liaise with Hiring managers within various departments
  • Attend staff meetings such as 1:1s, disciplinary's and return to works
  • Report regularly on staffing levels

The right candidate

  • Previous HR admin experience
  • Good working knowledge of the recruitment process and legislations
  • Excellent communicator at all levels both face to face and via email as well as maintaining confidentiality
