Salary: The salary for this position ranges from £30,000 to £41,333 per annum.

Role and Responsibilities: As a Primary School Teacher within our trust, you will:

  • Plan and Deliver Engaging Lessons:

  • Create and deliver dynamic lessons that cater to diverse learning needs.

  • Use a variety of teaching methods, resources, and technology to engage students.

  • Assess Student Progress:

  • Regularly assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.

  • Use formative and summative assessments to track progress.

  • Differentiate Instruction:

  • Adapt teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of students.

  • Support learners with varying abilities and backgrounds.

  • Promote Positive Behavior:

  • Foster a respectful and inclusive classroom environment.

  • Implement behavior management strategies to maintain a positive atmosphere.

  • Collaborate with Colleagues:

  • Work closely with other teachers, teaching assistants, and support staff.

  • Participate in team meetings, planning sessions, and professional development.

  • Parent and Community Engagement:

  • Build strong relationships with parents and guardians.

  • Attend parent-teacher conferences and school events.

  • Contribute to School Life:

  • Get involved in extracurricular activities, school trips, and special events.

  • Be an active member of our school community.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching in a primary school setting.
  • Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
