Job Overview: As an Associate Mechanical Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering designs for Data Centres and Mission Critical projects. Collaborate with a team to provide top-notch services to clients, drive business growth, and ensure project success.
Responsibilities:
- Focus on Data Centre and Mission Critical sectors.
- Attend client meetings and convey project briefs within the team.
- Develop strategic project concepts in compliance with regulations.
- Manage project team workload and prioritise tasks.
- Ensure excellence in project delivery.
- Lead internal project team meetings.
- Mentor team members for professional growth.
- Monitor project finances and resources.

Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering or Building Services Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Industry-recognized membership such as CIBSE / IMECHE / ASHRAE / Uptime Institute.
- Proficiency in Data Centre and Mission Critical projects
- Proficient in Revit and BIM is desirable for this role.
- Strong technical knowledge in building services engineering
- Experience in multidisciplinary environments and leading junior engineers
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Understanding of complementary specialisms such as acoustics, fire engineering and computer modelling in the design of buildings.
