What you'll need to succeed
My client is looking for an experienced Content Designer supporting an IT Migration project. This is an initial 3 months+ requirement. The client is looking for candidates with the experience below:

  • Experienced Contractor in Content and Design
  • BPSS Clearable
  • Hybrid Working
  • Agile experience
  • SharePoint Knowledge

In this role you will be supporting approx. 2000 staff migrating onto a new IT Platform, due to two organisations merging the platform information requires migrating. You will be responsible for reviewing and creating new content for the IT migration hub SharePoint site for the Change, Communications and Engagement (CCE) team. The aim of the role is to:

  • Review, revise and create content to support users on their IT migration journeys
  • Improve content taxonomy and create a 2i review process
  • Closely work with service design, user research and team members

Filling the role is essential to improving the IT migration hub SharePoint site to solve problems for users -influence others to understand the value of good content design on the SharePoint site.
