Job Summary:
Project planner to join the construction team, liaising with project managers, contract managers, surveyors and quantity surveyors.
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Managing and updating the project programme
- Monitoring the programme against actual progress and produce updated programs
- Attending progress meetings and deliver presentation on project progress
- Assisting the QS and Construction Manager in the monthly meetings regarding the expected costs vs incurred costs and its correlation with actual progress.
- Formally issuing programme updates to the customer as required by the contract, keeping clear track of programme revisions as identifiable files in a secure location
Requirements:
- Qualified to Degree or Diploma in Project or Construction Management
- Ability to analyse data, draw accurate conclusions and communicate key messages succinctly.
- Proficient in Microsoft office and other relevant software packages applicable to the role
- Reasonable level of experience working in a construction planning and project environment.
