Job Title: Real Estate Solicitor (1+ Year PQE)
Location: Manchester
Salary: £40K - £65K
Hours: Full Time

A High street firm with a modern Leading Legal 500 law firm is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor. This firm's workforce has grown by more than 500 while still retaining the nurtured culture. This firm is Vibrant and full of opportunities.
The Commercial Property role will include:
- Managing your own varied caseload of complex files
- Supervising the junior members of the team
- Networking and business development
- Advising Housing Associations/ Registered providers in England and Wales.
- Section 106 agreements, infrastructure agreements, large-scale disposals etc.
The ideal Commercial Property role will include:
- Qualified Solicitor minimum 1 PQE in Commercial Property Law
- Experience working with and avoiding housing associations
- Experience as a team leader
