One of our leading clients within the machinery industry are looking for a part time Financial Administrator.

2-3 days a week (days are flexible)

Between the hours

08:30 to 17:00

(start and finish time are flexible)

15 minutes paid break in the morning – 30 minutes unpaid lunch

£13.50 - £14.50

depending on experience

Duties

  • Monitoring accounts email inbox.
  • Liaising with accounts department.
  • Chasing unpaid invoices.
  • Answering calls.
  • Invoicing.
  • Assisting the Commercial Assistant.
  • Maintaining the credit card portal.
  • Using ERP system to maintain records for projects.
  • Raising PO's when required.
  • Arranging travel and accommodation.
  • Preparing delivery notes when required.
  • Liaising with suppliers and customers.
  • Supporting with ISO quality system.
  • Assisting with any other business matters.

2-5 years

of administration experience required.

Must

have professional and friendly telephone manner.
