One of our leading clients within the machinery industry are looking for a part time Financial Administrator.
2-3 days a week (days are flexible)
Between the hours
08:30 to 17:00
(start and finish time are flexible)
15 minutes paid break in the morning – 30 minutes unpaid lunch
£13.50 - £14.50
depending on experience
Duties
- Monitoring accounts email inbox.
- Liaising with accounts department.
- Chasing unpaid invoices.
- Answering calls.
- Invoicing.
- Assisting the Commercial Assistant.
- Maintaining the credit card portal.
- Using ERP system to maintain records for projects.
- Raising PO's when required.
- Arranging travel and accommodation.
- Preparing delivery notes when required.
- Liaising with suppliers and customers.
- Supporting with ISO quality system.
- Assisting with any other business matters.
2-5 years
of administration experience required.
Must
have professional and friendly telephone manner.
