Lift Repair Engineer

We are currently working with a national specialist in lift engineering, with multiple regional branches across the UK, and boasting an excellent reputation within the industry to recruit for an experienced Lift Repair Engineer covering South Yorkshire and North Nottinghamshire regions.

The role of the Lift Repair Engineer will involve the following duties;

  • Diagnosing and repairing faults in various lift systems.
  • Performing safety inspections and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Carrying out minor and major repairs to a multitude of manufactures of lift equipment.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Collaborating with team members to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Participating in continuous professional development and training.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Lift Engineer or similar role.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of lift systems, components, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
