CRO Lead

CRO Lead is required to work alongside well known international clients to improve the conversion rate and overall performance of clients' applications.

The opportunity:

As a CRO Lead, you will be overseeing key optimisation projects, including experimentation, personalisation and customer activation.

As a CRO Lead, you will be a key point of contact for both internal and external teams building relationships and driving forward complex CRO projects. You will be responsible for overseeing multiple clients with varying degrees of optimisation maturity. You will support them with all aspects of CRO, from strategic through to technical, and will be tasked with running large-scale experimentation programmes.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading the planning and implementation of experimentation, personalisation and activations across multiple clients leveraging the existing frameworks within the Optimisation team
  • Planning and scheduling project timelines and prioritising test hypotheses for impactful optimisation roadmaps
  • Managing a cross functional team which may include developers, analysts, UX and UI designers, and others to ensure experiences are implemented correctly
  • Being the SME in the room. Pinpointing business and technical requirements, you are the linchpin between customer needs and technical options and possibilities.
  • You have an advisory role and guide the customer towards an approach that best fits their needs
  • Translating and guiding clients in finding the best solutions for their challenges
  • Guaranteeing that our optimisation team have a full, prioritised backlog
  • Liaising with clients to update on project progress and ensure alignment of optimisation projects

What we want from you:

  • Proven digital experience in Optimisation
  • Experience in leading and managing complex optimisation projects
  • Proactive problem solving and an eye for detail - particularly in aligning requirements and deliverables
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced environment - good time management and multitasking skills across multiple projects and accounts is key
  • Tracking project timelines and delivery
  • Managing client relationships and stakeholders of all levels
  • Experience using an Optimisation platform such as Optimizely, Webtrends Optimize, Adobe Target, AB Tasty etc
  • Accurate and clear reporting

If you know some of this, even better:

  • Experience of analytics tools such as Content Square, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Working with tools such as Bloomreach, Dynamic Yield etc.
