Job Summary

Our client is a leading digital performance agency who are on the search for a Digital Account Director to join the team! With a global offering and having been established for nearly 20 years, working with some of the biggest brands in the world and pride themselves on constantly pushing boundaries to do more for their clients.

As Digital Account Director you'll take ownership of a portfolio of clients to support with their performance strategy across Paid Search, SEO & Content, Paid Social, Display and Programmatic. You'll manage budgets and P&L's and work consultatively to identify opportunities to grow client revenue and upsell. You'll also work closely with the new business team to support on key pitches and prepare client facing documents and proposals.

This role would suit someone either at AD level or a strong AM looking for their first step up into an AD role. Digital performance experience is ESSENTIAL!

  • Hybrid working, 3 days office (Tues, Weds, Thurs)

Salary & Benefits

  • £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience
  • 25 days holiday, pension, private healthcare, paid for lunch on office days, early finish Friday's
