Your new role
You will provide clients with advice on their legal rights and obligations in matters such as divorce, child custody, and adoption. You will often work to resolve disputes outside of court through negotiation and mediation, aiming for amicable settlements. Additionally, you will draft and review legal documents, including petitions, agreements, and court orders, ensuring compliance with relevant laws.
What you'll need to succeed
- A minimum of 5 years post qualification experience.
- Ideally England & Wales qualified.
- Experience in a family department of a boutique or regional law firm.
- Ability to work autonomously.
