Think Accountancy and Finance are looking for an ambitious individual with experience within a high-volume environment, this is an Accounts Payable position for a Permanent role based in Watford.

Fully Office based Monday to Friday (8:30-5:30pm).

AAT studier or relevant experience desired.

Main Job Responsibilities:

  • Preparing vendor invoices
  • Coding invoices
  • Routing invoices to correct budget holders and ensuring they are approved ready for payment
  • Resolving invoice queries
  • Reconciliations
  • Petty Cash
  • Processing employee expenses
  • Preparing balance sheet reconciliations

We are looking for applicants with the following skills and experience:

  • Accountancy and Finance Graduates
  • Practical experience within accounting
  • Highly motivated and a fast learner
  • Team player
  • Excellent communications skills - both verbal and written
  • Good attention to detail
  • Flexible attitude in prioritising work
