Your new role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Facilities Senior Associate to join our well-established Facilities team. The role itself will be based in London and will take day-to-day responsibility for facilities operations in our London office, reporting directly to the European Facilities Director.The role has high visibility across the entire business as well as with guests and external parties and so the individual in this role must be professional, proactive and able to always communicate effectively with a variety of different people. Building and maintaining relationships both internally and externally is a key part of the role and so we are looking for someone who is skilled at managing multiple stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of our newly renovated London office.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all facilities issues, resolving them quickly and effectively, escalating complex problems to the European Facilities Director as needed.
  • Conduct daily office tours of the office to check that all common areas, conference rooms, restrooms, and open areas are clean, functional and welcoming
  • Work closely with employees to understand and support the business needs of the workplace.
  • Lead and maintain professional standards of facilities operations and procedures.
  • Manage the in-house and outsourced partners including, but not limited to Maintenance, Cleaning, Catering, FOH and Security ensuring all are delivered to a high-quality service.
  • Monitor in-house and outsourced resource KPIs and SLAs on a monthly basis, reporting any issues as needed.
  • Oversee all repairs and maintenance including maintenance resource, power downs and all major works.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding facilities procedures, including new starter inductions, office tours and workstation set-ups.
  • Oversee and support workplace programs and other initiatives that impact the daily employee and visitor experience.
