Main contact for business to business queries sent in via email and on line
Client and Customer Services, advising on any new stock and product changes
Rapport building to strengthen business trade relations
Order tracking and processing on internal system
Chasing stock supplies and any missing orders
Client and Customer Services, advising client of any changes
Ensuring that all clients receive an excellent customer service experience
Working with team and colleagues assisting in admin areas
