This role reports to the Financial Controller and operates on a hybrid basis. Ideal for someone with either credit control experience or strong outbound customer service skills.

Description
As the Credit Controller, you will be responsible for:
- Chasing outstanding debt in a timely manner via phone and email
- Allocating cash when it comes back into the business
- Reviewing credit limits
- Updating customer records
- Produce a monthly report of all debt to be chased
- Handling customer queries
Profile
In order to be considered for the Credit Controller position, you must:
- Ideally have worked within a credit function previously but strong outbound customer service experience will also be considered
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be able to multi-task
- Be able to work as part of a small team
- Be able to work with a high volume of data
