Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will be a proven, fully qualified Mortgage Adviser with some experience in the HNW market.
You will be ambitious to take your career to the next level by partnering with an established company known for being experts in their field.
A strong knowledge of mortgage products and the lending market is essential.
Along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You will need to be a self-starter, confident in working independently from home and managing a significant client book.
You must be passionate about the industry with a commitment to staying on top of the most current market trends.
Responsibilities
- Consult with existing clients to discuss their mortgage needs and financial goals
- Provide expert advice and guidance on mortgage options, rates, and terms
- Assist clients in completing mortgage applications and gathering necessary documentation
- Evaluate client creditworthiness and financial information to determine loan eligibility
- Collaborate with lenders and underwriters to ensure timely processing and approval of mortgage applications
- Stay updated on industry regulations and changes in mortgage products and programs
- Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral sources
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the mortgage process
- Commitment to continued professional development
Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a fully qualified Mortgage Adviser.
- In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, programs, and lending guidelines
- Strong understanding of financial analysis, credit evaluation, and risk assessment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client files simultaneously
- Proficient in mortgage software systems and MS Office Suite
