A regional, legal 500 law firm are looking for a motivated and ambitious Residential Property Solicitor/ Lawyer to join their award-winning residential property team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of residential property transactions (sales, purchases, remortgages, etc.).
- Draft and review contracts and legal documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct due diligence on property titles to identify legal issues
- Communicate clearly and regularly with clients, providing legal advice and updates.
- Collaborate with solicitors, agents, lenders, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and industry standards
- Meet deadlines and manage multiple cases efficiently.
- Maintain strong client relationships and deliver excellent client care.
- Track billing and meet financial targets.
- Contribute to business development and team growth.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Strong expertise in all areas of property transactions
- Highly organised and well-versed in regulatory compliance, including Lexcel and ISO standards.
- Exceptional communication skills
- Consistently meet billing targets
- Excellent IT skills.
