Your new role
This bank is seeking an individual to join the Risk Management team, as a Credit Administration Manager. Your responsibilities involve evaluating credit facility proposals for both corporate and retail clients. The successful candidate will review the quality of the credit exposure being considered and ensure compliance with the bank's established policies and procedures. Collecting all documents that are received prior to disbursing loans / facilities to the customer accounts. Implementing the credit administration process while maintaining adequate security and facility documentation covering the bank's credit exposure.
This Credit Administration Manager role is a permanent full-time position based in the West End of London, offering hybrid work.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in applying for the position of Credit Administration Manager, you will need to have the following:
- Strong experience in credit administration within banking.
- Proficiency in risk concepts, banking products / operations / systems, pertinent regulatory requirements, International Accounting Standards and related pronouncements.
- Knowledge of financial markets and products.
- Good understanding of credit risk methodologies, interest rate modelling, and/or other complex financial risk modelling is highly desirable.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
