SALES LEDGER/CREDIT CONTROLLER ADMINISTRATOR-Maternity Cover

Maternity Contract for minimum of 1 year could be more. Hours are 9 to 5 pm

  • Sales Ledger Invoicing
  • Credit Control
  • Online client portals
  • Client weekly/monthly applications
  • Single/consolidated invoices
  • Building new client profiles /pay rates/priorities in to the job management system
  • Running cost/revenue reports
  • Sales ledger reports
  • Data entry
  • Reconciling sales accounts

Key responsibilities include :

  • Sales Ledger Invoicing
  • Credit Control
  • Online client portals
  • Client weekly/monthly applications
  • Single/consolidated invoices
  • Building new client profiles /pay rates/priorities in to the job management system
  • Running cost/revenue reports
  • Sales ledger reports
  • Data entry
  • Reconciling sales accounts
  • Updating invoicing/account spreadsheets daily

Ideal applicant would:

  • Have knowledge of Pegasus Opera 3 or similar accounting software packages
  • Have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • Have experience within the Construction industry
  • Knowledge of CAFM (many of our clients use web based portals such as Verisae, Halo, Servicechannel)
  • Knowledge of job management system Job Logic would an advantage but not critical.
  • Updating invoicing/account spreadsheets daily
