- Sales Ledger Invoicing
- Credit Control
- Online client portals
- Client weekly/monthly applications
- Single/consolidated invoices
- Building new client profiles /pay rates/priorities in to the job management system
- Running cost/revenue reports
- Sales ledger reports
- Data entry
- Reconciling sales accounts
Key responsibilities include :

Ideal applicant would:
- Have knowledge of Pegasus Opera 3 or similar accounting software packages
- Have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- Have experience within the Construction industry
- Knowledge of CAFM (many of our clients use web based portals such as Verisae, Halo, Servicechannel)
- Knowledge of job management system Job Logic would an advantage but not critical.
- Updating invoicing/account spreadsheets daily
