Ashfield District Council have a great opportunity for a Finance Officer to join our team based in Kirkby-In-Ashfield. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £26,421 - £28,770 (pay award pending).
We are currently seeking an experienced and ambitious Finance Officer to work in our high-performing Finance Team.
You will be a confident individual and team player, able to work effectively with the Senior Management, partners and employees across the Council.

The Role
- Provide support on accounting and budgetary issues together with general administration and financial duties.
- To administer the day to day operations relating to insurance referring matters to the Principal Accountant as necessary.
