Finance Business Partner

Reed Finance are working with a well-established organisation based in Perth seeking a Finance Business Partner to join their growing Finance team. In this role, you will work closely with the Finance Manager, Director of Finance, budget holders, and other colleagues to deliver timely, accurate, and compliant financial information. Your contributions will be pivotal in providing financial insight as well as supporting and challenging practices to positively influence the financial performance of the organisation.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Collaborate with the finance team and other departments to ensure financial information is accurate and compliant.
- Provide financial insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Support and challenge budget holders to optimise financial performance.
- Contribute to the preparation of financial reports and analysis.
- Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Participate in financial audits and implement audit recommendations.
- Engage in continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a finance role with a track record of delivering accurate financial information.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to provide insights that drive financial performance.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to support, challenge, and influence others.
- Adept at working collaboratively with various stakeholders across the organisation.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of financial compliance.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Relevant financial qualifications or equivalent professional experience.
