As a Site Manager you will be responsible for supporting gas network operations, ensuring high standards of safety, efficiency, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all work complies with relevant Health & Safety, environmental legislation, and NRSWA specifications
- Highlight non-conformities and escalate as required
- Lead and manage your team, providing high quality training and mentoring
- Promote continual improvement and innovative ideas
- Proactively manage schedules to minimise disruption and preventable mistakes
Job Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role within the gas, utility, construction, or infrastructure sectors
- Significant experience in managing people and demonstrating commercial awareness
- NRSWA Supervisor accreditation and SSSTS/SMSTS certification are essential
- Civil engineering qualification and first aid certification are highly desirable
- Extensive knowledge of gas and health and safety practices
- Full and valid driver's licence
