Site Manager

As a Site Manager you will be responsible for supporting gas network operations, ensuring high standards of safety, efficiency, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all work complies with relevant Health & Safety, environmental legislation, and NRSWA specifications
  • Highlight non-conformities and escalate as required
  • Lead and manage your team, providing high quality training and mentoring
  • Promote continual improvement and innovative ideas
  • Proactively manage schedules to minimise disruption and preventable mistakes

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role within the gas, utility, construction, or infrastructure sectors
  • Significant experience in managing people and demonstrating commercial awareness
  • NRSWA Supervisor accreditation and SSSTS/SMSTS certification are essential
  • Civil engineering qualification and first aid certification are highly desirable
  • Extensive knowledge of gas and health and safety practices
  • Full and valid driver's licence
