As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of talent acquisition and client engagement in a 360-role that encompasses both business development and candidate attraction. You'll receive training to become a best-in-class operator, winning new clients and placing candidates within their desired job roles.

What would we be helping you to do?

  • Deliver unrivalled customer service to clients and candidates.
  • Managing your own client and candidate databases and delivering excellent, pro-active customer service, ensuring requirements are consistently met.
  • Filling vacancies to varying lead times as requested by the client, with suitably skilled candidates by sourcing the ideal candidates to place in client vacancies.
  • Complete review meetings with clients to communicate business changes and trends in the marketplace to remain the recruiter of choice.
  • Understand the local labour market and industry sector, communicating any worthwhile information to the client, candidate & internal Business Development team.
  • Maintaining our outstanding business reputation in all communications, through the delivery of a quality consultative service

Sales:

  • Develop prosperous business relationships with new and existing clients, to gain additional business development and a profitable desk.
  • Negotiation of commercials.
  • Develop a network of key decision makers who are responsible for hiring within your chosen companies.
  • Collaborate as a team player within the Recruitment team to achieve common goals.

Internal:

  • Achieve agreed individual targets and KPIs and reporting on these to management through weekly meetings and monthly 1-2-1's
  • Manage attrition, retention, and fulfilment metrics.
  • Answer the on-call phone call one weekend per month and assist our clients.
  • Identify other sales opportunities with the client by cross-selling / promoting the services.
  • Candidate attraction: Utilising jobs boards, writing compelling and innovative job adverts to attract top Caliber candidates. Utilising head-hunting methodologies to seek out niche talent whilst using our in-house tech to source candidates.
